Norma O'Kelly is an executive coach, team coach and meditation teacher. She has worked for various companies and brands over the past 22 years. These include Pernod Ricard, Nokia, EA Sports, Oracle, and Salesforce. In 2017, she became certified in life and business coaching.

She had previous training in NLP coaching. Norma's final corporate position was EMEA Marketing Director at Salesforce. She also worked as an internal leadership and team coach. Norma guides senior execs, teams, businesses, and individuals with compassion and energy. Her expertise includes corporate wellness, systemic coaching, team dynamics, and mindfulness. She is also a certified reiki and seichem energy practitioner.

She combines these areas to create lasting, meaningful change for high-performing individuals and teams. She does this with her holistic coaching style. Norma practices the Wim Hof's cold water method and enjoys sea swimming. She loves to share her adventures and life's musings along with special guests on her podcast 'Beyond the Norm'.
