The agenda consists of gentle networking, a mindful wellness experience, inspirational stories from our members and nourishing food.

Broadcaster Clare McKenna has worked in TV and radio for over 20 years. As presenter of Newstalk's health and wellness show Alive and Kicking, she turned her personal passion into her professional life and recently qualified as an Integrative Health Coach. Clare shares her holistic view of health through her business Nourish Yourself with online courses, webinars and events. Clare will share her pivot story and give us an insight in to how she helps women thrive in life and business.

Caitriona Leavey - Caitriona’s journey into the realm of Sound Healing began over a decade ago when she met her first transformative encounter during a sound-bath workshop. This pivotal experience sparked her exploration into the therapeutic benefits of sound. Today, Caitriona is a fully qualified Sound Therapist, holding an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Sound Therapy, coupled with Gong Master Certification from Ireland esteemed Celtic School of Sound Healing and has enjoyed facilitating countless Sound Baths around the country.
